Waking up at 5:30 a.m. to work out always sounds like a great idea the night before—until the alarm actually goes off. The battle between staying in my warm bed and getting up to move my body is real, but I know I’ll feel better once I do it. The first few minutes are rough, but once I get going, I remind myself why I push through: more energy, a clearer mind, and that small sense of accomplishment before the day even starts. After my workout, I settle into my work-from-home routine, which is all about staying organized and on top of things.

Writing lists keeps me sane—if it’s not written down, it’s not getting done. There’s something satisfying about seeing everything laid out and checking things off as I go. Of course, staying focused isn’t always easy when home is also where I relax, but little rituals help, like making my favorite banana matcha. It’s a small treat that keeps me going, blending the earthy matcha with the natural sweetness of banana for the perfect pick-me-up.

Some days, working from home feels like a dream—other days, I have to fight the urge to procrastinate or get distracted by literally anything else. But having a structure, even a flexible one, keeps me moving forward, one to-do list at a time.

New Zara arrivals for Spring! I will say I ended up sizing up at least one in their pieces as I found them to run on the smaller side. Jeans are TTS (mine are a size 4 equivalent) and the dresses I am wearing are a size medium.
